Nextward Studio is an independent website and automation studio operated by Nathaniel Jose in San Antonio, Texas. This notice explains what happens when you submit a project inquiry.

What you share

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, business name, service interest, budget range, and any website address or message you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use these details to evaluate your project, respond to your inquiry, and keep track of our conversation. Agreeing to a reply does not subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database through the Sites hosting platform. Nathaniel and authorized service providers supporting the website may process the information as needed to operate the service. We do not sell your inquiry information.

Website operation and abuse prevention

This website does not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers. The hosting platform may process ordinary technical logs and access information. To protect the form, our application uses a rotating hashed network identifier and short-lived request counters. Raw IP addresses are not stored in our inquiry database. A submission identifier prevents duplicate inquiries.

Retention

Our retention target is to review inactive inquiries after 90 days and delete information that is no longer needed. This is a manual review process, not an automatic deletion guarantee. If you become a client, records needed for the project, accounting, or legal obligations may be retained longer.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the project inquiry form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email address before sharing or deleting records.
